Supercharger Porting & Front Drive Rebuilds:
WARRANTY. One (1) Year on parts and labor. Excludes parts and materials not supplied by Stiegemeier Porting Services, LLC and/or labor performed by a third party. Warranty void if Front-Drive or Supercharger is further modified after leaving our facilities. Installation is the sole responsibility of the owner. Improper installation or modification voids warranty.

Fuel Injector Service

Service Details:

  • Flow Testing with before and after flow sheets

  • Calibrate injectors to provide even flow rates

  • Sonic Cleaning

  • Injector Rebuilding

  • Introductory cost is $145.00 or only $85.00 if ordered at time of blower service.

 
Why is injector service is a good idea?
  • Believe it or not, even new injector sets don't always flow at the same rate.

  • It is common to see electronic fuel injected motors with rich and lean cylinders.  This is most often due to dirty or poorly manufactured injectors.

  • Even when the A/F ratio is safe, as detected in the exhaust, you can have one or more lean cylinders while others are too rich.

  • Dirty injectors often spray fuel in a solid stream, this causes inefficient combustion.

  • With properly calibrated and cleaned injectors, you can be confident your engine isn't running with one or more dangerously lean cylinders and ensure you are maximizing power and mileage.
