A Little About the TVS Blower

The TVS Style Supercharger is the latest Root style blower released by Eaton. TVS stands for Twin Vortices Series the main difference being a 4 lobe 160 degree design instead of the 3 lobe design on non TVS root style superchargers. At Low to Mid range Rotor Speeds the 3 lobe design has the advantage over the TVS, but at Mid to High Rotor Speeds the TVS is more efficient. Size for Size I would prefer a TVS Style over a Twin Screw Style.
